Susan Groff is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine in Irvine, California and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in biology and neuroscience. She received her single and multiple subjects credentials also from University of California, Irvine. She earned her Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio and holds a California Administrative Services Credential. Susan has been recognized as the Teacher of the Year by the California Continuing Education Association, Educator of the Year by the Santa Ana Unifed School District, and Teacher of the year at Middle College High School in Santa Ana, California. In 2012, Susan was one of 26 teachers selected by NASA as an Airborne Astronomy Ambassador for 2013 Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy flight. Susan has been teaching Biology, Human Anatomy and Phsyiology at Middle College High School in the Santa Ana Unified School District since 2000.
